2022, Chenas Vibration 201-250 Folle Blanche er en gammelThis Gamay from Chnas is a blend of vineyards on granite and quartz soil, where the vines are up to 6090 years old. The wine is vinified biodynamically with whole cluster maceration (20 days semi carbonic) and spontaneously fermented with natural yeast cells. After fermentation, it is aged in 50% used oak barrels and 50% concrete steel for approx. 8 months. Bottled unfiltered and with very low sulphur an expression of great finesse, energy and terroir
