This wine is a blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Marsanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Bourboulenc, all grown organically from 25 year old vines in the southern Rhne. The wine undergoes fermentation and maturation for six months in temperature controlled steel tanks. Parallle 45 Blanc offers a scent profile with notes of green
