2020 Domaine Tour Trencavel, Minervois 2005 Dosage: Extra BrutThis red wine from Minervois is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, which is quite typical for the area. The wine has a beautiful garnet red color with purple reflections. The nose is complex and charming with aromas of blackcurrants, raspberries, thyme and rosemary. Dark chocolate can be felt in the background. In the mouth full and crunchy and emphasizes flavors of fruit and licorice.
