Teddy Vest - Sailor More colors Our step-in harness is madeThis gorgeous vest is made of 100% cotton, with a sailor print on one side and the softest teddy fleece on the other. It is reversible, so you get 2 different looks in one. The side with print has received a water resistant treatment.
