2023, Bleu Ciel Pupillin Classic Chablis from the PremierBleu Ciel is a delicious white from a direct press of Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc, aged for five months in barrels. Fresh, fine, with a lovely mouthfeel, creamy with a nice intensity.
