2020, Les Puys Sweet Wine 80% Merlot and 20% SemillonLes Puys is the first large single plot cuve (long aging) of Valentin and Henri. Taste of ripe fruit such as blackberries and raspberries but retains its freshness. Slightly vegetal. A little serious but above all very pleasant. Can perfectly pair with a pizza or some grilled meat.
