2023, Dzvelshavi Alsace bitter appelsinskal og krydderi –Dzvelshavi 2023 from Nikoladzeebis Marani is a lively and terroir driven natural wine from Georgia, made from the red grape variety native to Imereti Dzvelshavi (also known as Dzvelshavi Obchuri). Co fermented with Tsolikouri and macerated in traditional kvevri for several months, this wine is a perfect marriage of red fruit, freshness, and Georgian wine tradition completely without filtration, clarification or sulphur.
