Quinta do Pessegueiro Porto DOC Vintage 2014 Rosévin inspireret af de klassiske vineThe 2013 14 wine production year was characterized by a dry winter followed by a warm spring. Despite the fact that the weather was very changeable, the summer was generally cool, which allowed a balanced ripening of the grapes. The grapes come from 40 year old vines on two of Quinta's parcels of land, which face north east and lie 150 meters above sea level. After manual harvest in boxes of 25 kg. the grapes were kept in the fridge for 12 hours.
