2022 Côtes du Ventoux blanc Fondreche This adds a greater sense30% Grenache blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Clairette, 10% roll. Roussanne and Clairette matured in wood. Aromas of Provencal herbs, white flowers and ripe citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh with lively lime acidity and subtle minerality, accompanied by melting. This is an ideal wine for those wine lovers who are not looking for overwhelming fruit, but appreciate elegance and spicy subtlety.
