2019 Poggio Valente Le Pupille Some biscuitsThe Fattoria le Pupille 2019 Poggio Valente fires on all cylinders with gorgeous fullness, darkly concentrated fruit and lots of pretty intensity. The wine is redolent of dark cherry and blackberry, and these fruit tones are folded into subtle hints of spice and toast. Ripe fruit flavors tie into the deep and texture of the mouthfeel. The vintage is a steal.
