I recommend pushing the drinking window forward by a few extra years to give the wine time to flesh out and open fully
clearly driven by both the oak and the fruit itself
Grappa Noà Invecchiata Cusumano Some of the old vineyardsDiego Cusumano had his Grappa No distilled by none other than Paolo Berta in Piedmont. Paolo Berta was named the best grappa distiller in Italy by the gourmet magazine. Due to its ten month maturation in new barriques, this grappa has a golden brown color. On the palate it is mild and full of character. A cuve made from the pomace of Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Matured for ten months in barriques.
