Aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex bourbon barrels, it is then filtered through natural charcoal to regain transparency, while retaining esters and aging notes. It is a blend of French Savalle column still rums and column still rums. Particularly fresh, it has marked aromas of vanilla, caramel, chocolate and sultanas; on the palate it is round, with notes of dried fruit and coconut,
