Dal colore giallo paglierino, presenta riflessi verdi nel primo anno che poi nel secondo anno, tendono al dorato. Al naso offre una complessit di profumi che riportano a fiori bianchi e frutta matura, alla pesca, alla pera e un inizio di evoluzione verso note esotiche. In bocca appare morbido e persistente. Ideale negli abbinamenti con piatti a base di pesce.
