Recioto Della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019 Terre di Gnirega Piedirosso Il carattere e la freschezzaRecioto is the true typical wine of Valpolicella: it takes its name from the recie, the two wings of the bunch, more suitable for drying because they are rich in sugars and less compact. Only a selection of the best bunches is collected and carefully arranged in wooden boxes, then placed in the drying rooms. They remain there for 4 months: this long period is essential for the concentration of the must and the development of typical aromas of drying.
