This 925 Silver chevalier ring is my interpretation of the votive heart, an ancient symbol of faith, devotion, and sacrifice. On the upper part, the central three dimensional heart is soldered with live fire, as if emerging from the metal itself. On the sides, set into the ring's shanks, two small votive hearts guard the profound meaning of what endures: what we are willing to burn for. The hammered effect
