La Spinetta Colli Tortonesi Timorasso, 2022 Albarino Sinio and SerralungaJuicy Asian pear, cotton candy, pink peonies, quince, orange sherbet. Dry palate with sun kissed citrus, lime sorbet, magnolia. So fresh and bright, made of the Timorrasso varietal, the darling of the sommelier world since Walter Massa (of Vigneti Massa) rescued from the grape obscurity and near extinction in the 1980s. Coveted for its ability to deliver complex and ageable wine but that is also extremely interesting to drink in its youth. La Spinetta
