T&AVR Efficiency Miniature Medal EIIR HAC Category_Emblems Only posthumous awards were madeThe T&AVR (HAC) Efficiency Medal, awarded from 1969 when the title Territorial and Army Volunteer Reserve was adopted, this medal was replaced in 1982 when the title Territorial was resumed. The qualifying period of 12 years remained the same.
