but it does not quite happen and I suspect a couple of hours decanting would awaken those aromas
Cain, Cain Five Vintage:2015 is the reason why thisLot 7. Mid, very shaded garnet. Complex nose (and Im two thirds of the way through the tasting and this is the first time Ive used the word complex). Delicate and distinctive. Brooding and bloody. Round and rich. Just a little bit sweet on the end but a very good effort.
