Oak is a touch more evident than in most years because the fruit is not at full ripeness

Subtle but not imperceptible wood and menthol elements set off the peppery and sauvage inflected red currant scents. Once again the mouthfeel of the delicious flavors is plush and round with similar finishing length and rusticity though not quite the same complexity.
