they have a definite shine but are not too alarmingly glossy
fully adjustable

The collar varied very little throughout the century so this shirt can be used for all productions from 1700-1820

They were all cut from rectangles with square gussets forming the shape around underarm and neck. This shirt with it's wider sleeves and narrow cuffs could also be used for C17th productions.
