Description
I would opt for allowing for another 5-ish years of cellaring as this will allow for a bit more resolution of the supporting structure but not so much that the finish begins drying out
tiny bit more freshness
it is impossible to ignore the wine’s richness and depth
precise and smoky nose of crushed stones whereas the tropical fruit aromas remain discreet in the background
Tasted at the “International Wine & Business” Lafleur dinner at Ten Trinity
Sebastien Dampt, Chablis other_regions_australia I would opt for allowing(from vines in Milly). Cooler aromas include those of mineral reduction, green apple and salty ocean breezes. There is an interesting mouthfeel to the middle weight flavors that are at once caressing but quite punchy while the sneaky long finish almost disappears and then returns as it sits on the palate. While this would benefit from having a bit more depth, its already quite attractive and worth considering.
