Aquacote Epoxy Undercoat 1 litre kit. Blocks/Pulley's 3-LAYER VECTA FABRIC TECHNOLOGYA water based high build epoxy undercoat designed for marine and outdoor environments. It is non flammable and water proof. It is safe to use and has no solvent vapours. It is easy to clean up, thin with water only. It is a high build and will fill rough surfaces. Provided it has been recently applied it is easy to sand. After a period it becomes strong and hard. The kit contains a can with 500 ml of resin and 500 ml of hardener.
