Satiny mid weight Clare Valley red, replete with cherry and strawberry aromatic, and a pure, clean living palate. This is Adelina's beautiful Cab Franc release from the now certified Smith vineyard in the Polish Hill River sub region. Fruit was all destemmed, with just a few days spent on skins, then spent eight months maturing in old French barriques. It's fresh, with delicious, red berry
