The grapes are dry grown on high density planted blocks 7,700 9,615 vines per hectare and 9 different Chardonnay clones, harvested at less than 1kg per vine. Wild ferment and maturation in large and small oak, only a small portion of which is new. 13% alc. Minerality and ocean spray salinity with overlay of honeysuckle, sweet lemons
