Pirie Vintage Sparkling Wine german-pinotnoir Copain Wines is based inAndrew Pirie and the Tamar Ridge team laid down the barrel aged base wines and fashioned the cuvee for this premium sparkling. Over the last three years this vintage has been successively disgorged and released. Sourced from northern tasn fruit, it is a 50 50 blend of pinot noir and chardonnay. A creamy, rich style but with Tas cool climate acidity and backbone.
