Perrot Minot, Chambertin Vv other_regions (93-95)/2031+(from purchased grapes that Perrot has the right to intercede with certain aspects of the viticulture). Here the cool and highly restrained nose is both more densely fruited and a bit more complex as well if a bit less elegant because like the Mazoyres this is clearly Gevrey in basic character. The spicy and overtly muscular big bodied flavors display even more minerality on the lush but refined finish that is seriously powerful and persistent. This
