Can be used on all Harley Davidson FLST Softail 1984 through 1999, as well as custom applications with 3 4 inch axles. This is a single flange wheel. These high quality wheels feature a Harley Davidson style drop center steel rim, chrome spokes and tapered wheel bearings. The tapered, 3 4 inch ID (inside diameter) bearings are the same style as stock H D for easy future maintenance. NOTE:
