The Calling Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc with thundering herds of bisonTasting Notes Pale straw, aromas of lemon curd, key lime and pineapple rind. Key lime and lemon meringue flavors mingle with white peach and a pleasing salinity reminiscent of sea spray and oyster shell. Production Notes Grapes were hand sorted and 100% whole cluster pressed. The wine saw two thirds malolactic fermentation, then was aged sur lie for 8 months in a combination of new and neutral French oak.
