Slippapper Choose sandpaper:2000 Apply Viper leather dye evenlyUse 600 grit sandpaper to sand leather after filling cracks with leather filler and to remove any rough edges and similar imperfections from the leather surface before dyeing. Finer grit sandpapers (1000 and higher) are used to sand on top of the finish after dyeing if dust and dirt have settled in the color. Note, wait until the dye is dry before sanding it. The higher the number, the finer the sandpaper.
